Constructed from high-density polyethylene (HDPE) with a type #304 satin finish stainless steel veneer, this unit maximises resistance to the everyday wear and tear experienced in busy washrooms. Its robust unibody steel chassis and fully enclosed steel-on-steel hinge are capable of withstanding up to 90kg with minimal deflection. Please note however that this item is designed for infants only, weighing up to 3.5 years of age and weighing less than 22kg.
Each Koala Kare Baby Change Table includes an innovative Microban® additive that fights odour-causing bacteria and keeps the unit fresher between cleans. Unlike a traditional surface coating, the material is embedded into the HDPE itself to maximise the additive’s lifespan and effectiveness. Additionally, the KB300-05SS Koala Kare Horizontal Baby Change Table is easy to clean, the seamless design allowing less room for germs and grime to accumulate.
The station is equipped with a cutting-edge liner dispenser that includes a dual cavity and an internal spring tab, allowing for efficient, single-liner dispensing to reduce waste and upkeep. For added convenience, it can also accommodate Koala Kare’s Diaper Pouch, providing a practical solution for disposing of used nappys. Safety is a top priority with the KB300-05SS. It features child protection straps to secure infants and a concealed pneumatic cylinder for gentle, controlled opening and closing.
