Koala Kare

Koala Kare is a globally recognised brand known for its commitment to safety, quality and innovation. Seeing this logo on a baby change table or high chair gives you peace of mind, knowing that your product is backed by 30+ years of experience and countless happy customers.

Microban

At the heart of each Koala Kare baby change table is Microban®, a potent antimicrobial additive that inhibits the growth of stain and odour-causing bacteria on surfaces. As an additive to the high-density polyethylene (HDPE) construction, it cannot be easily wiped away during routine cleaning, ensuring long-lasting effectiveness. This keeps the unit fresher for longer, reducing the frequency of maintenance visits and improving the user experience for parents and caregivers.

Five Year Warranty

All Koala Kare baby change tables and high-chairs are covered by a limited 5 year manufacturer’s warranty. For more information, please refer to our Warranty Guide.

Baby Change Maintenance Checklist

By performing these easy steps, you can keep your Koala Kare Baby Change Table in pristine condition, ready for the next family who visits your venue. Use the checklist below to examine your baby change station and make sure they are safe and sanitary.

Maintenance Checklist

  • Check the unit opens and closes smoothly. If the door doesn’t close by itself once almost shut or if the door falls open without slowing, then the pneumatic cylinder should be replaced.
  • Ensure the strap is still complete and has not frayed or broken. If there is any side of fraying, the strap should be replaced.
  • Check that the strap buckle still clicks into place and is attached on both sides. If the buckle does not function, the strap should be replaced.
  • Make sure that the built-in liner dispenser is fully stocked. Refill liners if necessary.
  • Check that the warning label is properly affixed to the product and is undamaged and readable.
  • Check that all interior and exterior surfaces are free from damage.
  • Check that the unit is still firmly affixed to the surface or wall.

Cleaning Checklist

In addition to regular maintenance checks, Greenpeak recommends cleaning and disinfecting the unit at least once per day, taking the following steps:

  • To remove dirt or grime on textured surfaces, use a clean nylon brush or rag with fresh water. Dry unit using a clean microfibre cloth.
  • Apply disinfectant to clean, dry surfaces only. Do not wipe away. Allow to air dry for a minimum of 7-10 minutes.
